Advocaat Régine Feltkamp

I am a business lawyer (admitted to Brussels Bar 1998) with broad experience in counselling, drafting and negotiation regarding all types of international/domestic, two/multi party (business) contracts and counselling regarding general business law matters, collateral law, banking law, regulation on financial markets and financial services and energy sector (particularly whole sale market). Over the past years I also gained experience with drafting laws and regulations. I counsel, draft and negotiate in Dutch, French and English.

In my practice I enjoy finding pragmatic and tailor made solutions for legal issues, particularly in B2B context, supported by solid legal knowledge.

I am (co-)author of several books and articles on various economic, business, financial and energy law issues and regularly invited to give presentations on various subjects of economic and business law. I also organize regularly law conferences together with the Research Unit Business&Contracts (BuCo) VUB, the Centre of Business Law VUB and with the AEDBF-Belgium.
